Also, from my personal experience, I can tell you that this method works pretty well, only if you’re dedicated to it.
How to Write a Manifestation List in 7 Steps
This guide breaks down the process of creating a manifestation list into simple steps.
I try to go deep in each step of this guide in order to provide you with an easy and in-depth guide.
Here are 7 simple steps to help you write a better manifestation list:
Step #1 Start Using a Separate Journal for Manifestations
Do you have a notebook where you write down all your important or do things into that ONE notebook?
Well, I have, and I can tell you it’s getting messier and messier later on.
Have you ever had booked an appointment with a car service, a dentist, or a hairdresser?
And you know exactly that you have written down the date and time into that ONE notebook, but now you can’t find it? That’s happing to me all the time.
That’s why you should always pick a new notebook or a journal for a manifestation list.
After all, manifestations are important things that you want to experience or have in your life.
So keep it in a safe, clean place where you can focus only on the dreams that you want.
Step #2 Start Fresh and Believe in Yourself
Our negativity is the biggest enemy when we want to create something or express ourselves.
Before sitting down and writing a list, be sure to go for a walk, do a little 30-minute workout session, meditate or try the Wim Hof breathing method.
These activities will reduce stress, improves well-being, sharpens your mind, and overall makes you feel much better and happier.
When you have your mind clear, you will be able to focus on your desires, visions, and dreams.
Moreover, you will have more self-confidence and be able to put your thoughts in the right direction.
A fresh head and self-belief will make writing a list much more effective.
Step #3 Have a Clear Vision About What You Want
Before writing your first manifestations, you have to have a vision.
Don’t waste your time and don’t write the things that you think would be “nice” to manifest, but it’s not that necessary at the moment.
Look.
Manifestation isn’t an overnight success recipe.
You have to put your heart and mind in the process if you want to succeed.
So make a clear vision before you start writing your list.
Take another 10 minutes to set your goals by priority and move all your focus into them.
Step #4 Use Present Tense
It sounds logical, right?
You want your manifestations to become true now? By writing in the present tense, we send a sign to the universe that we are ready for our manifestations right now.
Also, when you’re reading or writing your list every day. And you keep seeing the present tense; it programs subconscious that you’re striving for this right now.
It sounds strange, but it works like that.
Step #5 In Detail Write Down Every Aspect of Your Dream
So now. You’re full of energy and have a strong vision.
Now it’s time to write it down without missing a detail.
Details are very important when writing a manifestation list. The more detail you write, the more accurate your manifestation will come true.
If you have a thought in your mind that you think it’s obvious for everyone, but you didn’t mention it in the manifestation. Your desired vision will be without that detail or very closely related.
So, write it comprehensively, don’t miss a thing.
Here are a few of the most common, missed parts:
- Colors
- Exact time
- Unusual characteristics
- Weight or Height
Stay focused when writing, and you should be fine.
Step #6 Take a Break and Read Unfinished List
Before you end your session, please read the list and look for discrepancies and clarities.
Make sure everything is laid out straight to the point without fluff words. I know I have advised you to mention every detail of the dream.
Just try to keep a manifestation as short as possible but well described.
The shorter a manifestation is, the easier is to remember.
Also, don’t leave a list with grammatical errors. It’s not that much important, but it still ads up.
Step #7 Be Grateful for What You Have Now
The last step is crucial.
Being grateful for everything you have in your life is important in general.
When ending your manifestation list, a few recent manifestations that came unexpectedly into your life are great enrichment to your list.
When doing so, you’re giving a sign to the universe that you care and are grateful for the dreams that came to you.
Not many people do that. For those people, it’s hard to raise their vibrations, which is downgrading their manifestation performance.
In your childhood, I bet parents have told you to be polite and treat others as you would like to be treated. A very similar philosophy is with manifestations.
